Zoe's US Citizenship!

This has been over a year in process!  Because I traveled to China alone to pick up Zoe, she came home on an IR4 visa which made her a legal resident of the US.  We had to readopt her in the US so that she could become a US Citizen... and TODAY was THE DAY!  We were invited to the USCIS in Norfolk to pick up her legal document.  What a pre-Thanksgiving present this was for us!

This kiss today made all the work WORTH IT!
