And January Comes to an End....

We began this month ringing in the new year with RSV & ear/sinus infections for both kids... and we ended this month last night in the ER with Zoe.  She suffered a terrible fall at the playground leaving her initially unconscious & not breathing for what seemed like an eternity.  She couldn't (or wouldn't) talk or walk.  She received a CT Scan which came out normal and she has no bruises to speak of.  We thank God & her guardian angels for protecting her as we are full aware of what "could" have happened.  As I sat in that ER bay alone with Zoe, sobbing... I realized once again how precious life is and how things can literally change in an instant.  So very thankful to have our sweet girl talking & walking normally again.  ; )
