Zoe's Baby Dedication

We had Miss Zoe Grace dedicated today at our church.  This is so important to us because we know that she is our little miracle, our gift from God.  We wanted to publicly acknowledge that.  Eric wrote a prayer that he read out loud before the pastor said a prayer for Zoe.  It was actually a very emotional time for me.  It was like this huge wave... flowed over us...of all the pain wanting a child for so long... and then the waiting for our baby girl... was all gone.  Sometimes the best things in life come in unexpected packages and at times in our lives when we least expect.

Zoe was the oldest "baby" at the dedication service but I have to say she got the most applause as the pastor held her up for the congregation to see!  Precious.
